GH I had grapes. Now I'm eating kiat kiat. Pero I barely eat rice or bread.
So what can I take to keep me awake except coffee.

They say you have to eat fats first before taking in sugar (or carb) to dampen the insulin spike in your system.... So, you don't feel hopelessly sleepy when the insulin level drops or settles down....
I do not feel sleepy when working in my area, even when I am not that busy. However, I really feel very sleepy when the others talk nonsense and blah blah blah in our company's boardroom....
I normally take a couple of rounds of walk around the building (around 400meters) when I really feel very sleepy... And then I take a cup of coffee, rough and rude (no sugar-> no insulin), and I am ready to rock and roll again....
Works wonders also when I feel jetlagged when travelling to our HQ in the US. However, I should admit that jetlag is a different beast...
