    I think it could also be a customized plate, wherein you pick the what alphabet and numeral the plate will show.

    Just another evidence that shows such cars should have ended up with drivers like me.

    Seriously though, whoever gets behind the wheel of vehicles like these needs to be trained and responsible enough to handle the performance. For sure the owner is just one showoff jerk. And if I'm not mistaken, he should also be arrested since it carries an '8' congressman plate, driven without the congressman himself in it.

    Lastly, if I were the law, I'll never allow drivers recklessly wrecking high-performance cars to pilot vehicles over 100 hp for the rest of their lives!

    Uh... I can get into lots of trouble with just 100 hp. Even with 90 hp, you can still get over 160 km/h...
