    Pero pag tag ulan naman, nagagalit ako sa dahon as it clogs the drains.

    binalita sa news, yung hospital sa pasig walang tubig. Abot na daw panghe sa lobby.

    Paano yan pag sa condominium nangyari. Isang floor 24 inidoro. Ilan tao sa isang unit.

    Kita nyo bakit ayaw ko madami condo highrise sa metro manila. Disaster mga yan.

    - nagkakatraffic sa isang area.

    - pati yung paligid gumugulo dumadami negosyo no more proper zoning. Pag residential dapat tahimik.

    - pag disaster meron ba nakaready inhouse emergency mga yan or nganga lang.

    - away-away pa mga building admin at condo owners. Kanya-kanya hire ng security agency. Ayun nagbarilan may namatay.

    - basta dami issue kurakot sa loob ng condo. Pataasan montly dues. Im looking at you smdc.

    Mag-isip isip na dapat every 10kilometer lang pwede maghighrise. Patawan ng mataas na tax. Pag tinatakpan ang ulap eh mas mahal dapat. Kahit sa Bible pinigilan yung pagbuild ng mataas na gusali. Ginulo tuloy yung language.

    Im ok lang sa highrise pero dapat pang trabaho lang wag residential. At dapat nakapwesto sa area na hindi gitna yung sa dulo sulok lang dapat. Kung baga magearthquake man eh less yung damage. Example bawal highrise sa area ng cubao edsa. Gets nyo ako?

    Ako kasi gusto ko kalkulado ko na lahat ng pwedeng mangyari.
