How was it finding the missing trim and pieces? Usually with old cars, mechanical parts can be easily sourced and the hard part is really finding good condition/new interior and exterior trims and pieces (aesthetics).

Luckily, kumpleto pa naman ang mga trims and accesories niya. Ang problem ko basag yung left tail light so I'm on a hunt. At saka ilang emblems but parang ayaw ko ng lagyan ng mga emblems eh kasi ang ganda ng kulay. Maybe a mitsu emblem na lang sa likod.

I will restore a 1949 Buick Roadmaster convertible with a beige exterior, red leather seats and the heart is a straight 8 with fireball 8 cylinder equipped with a 2 speed dynaflow automatic transmission what a sweet ride or para cheaper a 1976 MB w123 with whitewall tires and black exterior color.

this must be VW district... lookit the two golfs in the background.. san bang bansa ito?
btw, i must dis-agree.. the closest thing to a porsche is still the classic air-cooled beetle, wherein ferdy raided the VW parts bin for items he can use for his first porsche car..

reminds me my departed uncle who used to have a scout. i googled it and found out it was the scout II.
we used to ride along with him during week ends delivering sacks of rice around our town, what a joy ride. i'm just a kid then.

Good point...makes you think if it would be sacrilegious to make use of 3D printing technology for these hard-to-find parts.

    My list:

    1) 1950 Mercury 8 Coupe

    2) 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS

    3) 1974 Cadillac Coupe DeVille

    4) 1980 Mercedes Benz 500SLC
