Well, it's practically impossible to screen passengers for positive infection.
The american doctor who volunteered in africa was screened and he showed up negative, hence why he got to new york. It was only after the symptoms arose that he was tested positive.Damn, son! Where'd you find this?

An unsuspecting carrier can just pop in a pill to deal with the fever and board a plane (or alight from it) uncontested. I'm no expert, but if this is possible, it's not only PH who will be in trouble.

We have a more deadlier disease here in the Philippines actually.
Its called EBOL-SA!
And it affects mostly people in the government.

I just signed a COC (Certificate of Conformity) for customs clearance purposes of 80 ambulance units from Ulsan, South Korea (Hyundai H1) to Lagos, Nigeria.
These will be driven across borders to Monrovia, the capital of Liberia.

there's been talk that the USG ordered 1 million hazmat suits. a quarter of which were delivered to dallas, texas.
