Two for me. I was lucky to have a boy and a girl so we've reached our quota. I'd like more but having more children nowadays is a luxury.

IMHO, the poll question is half-flawed.
Sure, it's good to plan the number of your kids, but life also happens as you go along.
How can you possibly predict everything?
Sakaling mabiyayaan kayo ng sapat, e para saan pa yung biyaya kundi para magbigay ng chance mabuhay si Bunsoy?

Observations ko lang naman:

* Merong ayaw magkaanak kasi nagpapayaman pa daw. Tapos pag nakaipon na, too late da heroes. Di na kayang ipanganak yung pinag-ipunan. Yung iba nga, nababaog pa sa kagagamit ng gamot.

* Meron din namang nage-enjoy muna kasi nothing to be responsible for. Pagtanda naman nila, hirap mag-alaga sa kanila ang iisa o dadalawa nilang anak. Kaya nauuso ang euthanasia at "assisted suicide" sa "developed" countries. Kulang ang young productive sector to take care of an ageing population.

* Think twice before you entrust your old age to the government. The best social security is still the family. Children are an investment - and investment means sacrifice.

* Either you sacrifice now and enjoy later, or enjoy now and suffer later. Sa kin, it's better to face challenges while you're hale and healthy than when you're old and weak.

* Tip: Beware about marrying someone who does not share your ideas about having children.

* It's also a question of whose plan it is, ultimately.
I hate to think everything is in my hands (or hers). Overplanning can take the spontaneity out of marriage. Boring 'yun. It's wise to leave some options open. Mahirap magsalita ng tapos.

I voted 3...pero dati 2 lang ang gusto ko..pero 2 boys kasi ang una ko buti na lang humirit pa kami at girl na pangatlo ko...depende din sa kabuhayan mo di ba...baka kahit isa eh mahirapan kang buhayin eh wag na lang muna..tsaka na..kawawa naman yung bata.

actually, if you have all the money and patience in the world, have as many kids as you want.

but i got a short fuse, so two is best for me and my future wife.
