Partly to blame din ang mga mamamayan... tapon dito tapon doon. Ok, may problema din siguro sa pagkolekta ng basura, pero wag nang dagdagan.
Itapon ang basura sa tamang lugar.

yep bahain sa pasong tamo not only sa may kanto ng dela rosa but ithink the whole of pasong tamo is always flooded after about a few minutes of heavy downpour, too bad dun pa naman located office namin

dapat tulungan ang gobyerno. magtapon sa tamang lugar. minsan kase you haveto give that to the government for projects such as this. they try naman yun nga lang palpak. kaya napapahiya. ayjusme...
