    do you trust people acting like humpty dumpty? hinde makatayo ng diretso kailangan laging sumandal sa pader.

    para kasing meron planong hinde maganda mga naka sandal sa pader...pag meron silang hinihintay kailagan pa sumandal..

    depends, the person might not be feeling well, might be diabetic and is low on blood sugar, maybe he is drunk, maybe he has a disability, might have knee or back problem, might have been standing for quite sometime, we can not assume what the situation is. as long as he is not bothering anybody or doing something illegal he should be fine
