walang batas sa ganyan.... since the subdivision is a private property, even the local government cannot meddle into that.
ang right way dyan is to discuss it with the association.

My boss counted over 100 humps he has to pass through to get from his home to ATC.

Walang batas on hump sizes really. For public roads, supposed to be bawal ang humps (pero some places like White Plains was able to return the humps to their stretch of Katipunan Road). I usually like the humps that are long and smooth but the problem is some owners and drivers still don't slow down for them and in some subdivisions, speeding is really a problem.

    re: humps

    nasa budget ng baranggay/subdivision/village yan.

lowered ka? panindigan mo. hehe yun rice/race boy days ko - i got a chin with 5+" ground clearance, i always plan my trip.

    OT: conversation with wifey dati...
    me: "yoko, sasayad ako dun...."
wifey: "e sa ano na lang ---"
me: "hmmm, pwede drop lan kita pero sa kabila ako park"
    so on and so forth.

    (nakakamiss me toy car)

re: dissemination of info among homeowners - Nasa pamamalakad/diskarte ng current officers nyo yan.

approach them, wala naman mawawala sa iyo.

    - my two cents.

    'Ala bang "share" button 'yan?

BTT: In any subdivision, incurring expenses for putting in speed humps should be approved first by the board, and then by the homeowners. Kung meron aberya, i.e. overpricing, damage due to negligence of the contractor, etc., dapat panagutan yan ng association.

If your homeowners' association is properly constituted, then the HLURB should have a copy on file since it's public record.

Also, you can ask for certain records, i.e. when the appointment of the auditor was approved by the board (so you can find out if the director-spouse voted along with it).

If so, you can question the appointment as being irregular and improper since there is evident conflict of interest with the relationship alone by the auditor to the member of the board.

Binago na nila ulit. Ginawa na nilang bricks yung humps. Sinabay yata nila dun sa "one-way traffic".

OT: effective ba yung one-way traffic scheme nila?

Sobrang lapad nung humps sa Ateneo dati to the point na you can park an entire 1.3L or 1.6L car on the hump if you tried. Nice thing there is hindi sasayad yung car mo, it's smooth to go over and at the same time, cars can't speed over it because subsob sila if they do in most cases.

In Laguna, there's a backroad i pass (Batino exit) and the hump they have naman is pa-diagonal and not straight across so if you take it straight, your tires go over one at a time.

Medyo effective naman siya. Mas controlled yung traffic. Ayos din yung shuttle service nila.
