February 18th, 2013 10:44 AM #1mga sir may batas(design, distance) ba regarding putting humps sa subdivision?
and also sa mga active sa homeowners associations when can you say na approve ang ginawang house rules/batas like sa paggamit ng covered court/clubhouse kahit ba mga officers lang ng association ang gumawa ng batas approve naba kaagad ito or kailangan pang ipagbigay sa ibang homeowners na may ginawang silang batas na pwede nilang i approve or kontrahin? and also pag may meeting ang association bat hindi lahat ng homeowners alam na may miting tama ba ito? need help TIA

walang batas sa ganyan.... since the subdivision is a private property, even the local government cannot meddle into that.
ang right way dyan is to discuss it with the association.
my personal note: try mo dumaan sa friendship route ng las pinas.... iiyak ang ilalim ng sasakyan mo.
dun sa batas, dapat may consultative meetings yan.... normally meron yan, baka di ka lang nakaka attend.

My boss counted over 100 humps he has to pass through to get from his home to ATC.
Walang batas on hump sizes really. For public roads, supposed to be bawal ang humps (pero some places like White Plains was able to return the humps to their stretch of Katipunan Road). I usually like the humps that are long and smooth but the problem is some owners and drivers still don't slow down for them and in some subdivisions, speeding is really a problem.

Binago na nila ulit. Ginawa na nilang bricks yung humps. Sinabay yata nila dun sa "one-way traffic".

OT: effective ba yung one-way traffic scheme nila?
Sobrang lapad nung humps sa Ateneo dati to the point na you can park an entire 1.3L or 1.6L car on the hump if you tried. Nice thing there is hindi sasayad yung car mo, it's smooth to go over and at the same time, cars can't speed over it because subsob sila if they do in most cases.
In Laguna, there's a backroad i pass (Batino exit) and the hump they have naman is pa-diagonal and not straight across so if you take it straight, your tires go over one at a time.Last edited by vinj; February 19th, 2013 at 09:38 AM.

February 18th, 2013 01:40 PM #10ayaw kunamang maging officer gusto kulang is yung tamang pamamalakad lang ang feeling ko is nag pa-power tripping sila gumagawa ng batas/rules na silang mga officer lang ang nag approve and without informing other homeowners and also magaasawa lang yung nasa officer like yung wife auditor yung husband board of director naman....
wala akong problema sa humps sir kasi crosswind and trooper sasakyan sa bahay yung mga ibang homeowners na kaibigan ko ang may reklamo na may vios(not lowered), and tricycle (not lowered din)pero sayad parin...
nag ask din kami ng copy ng constitution and by laws ng association hangang ngayon walang maibigay...
Yeah, if you know, you know.
