ako, so far sa 01 patrol GU ko, a full tank lasted me 12 days. about 80 liters ang nakarga. average daily drive is about 30 to 40 kms. the needle was already close to the last line in the fuel guage but the low fuel warning light did not light yet. i think i could have stretched this to about 2 to 3 days more but i did not want to risk it especially in heavy manila traffic. baka tumirik pa ako at nakakahiya, hehehehe

This morning when I pulled out of our garage in Laguna for my daily drive to the office in Pasig. I noticed that the gas gauge is already at 1/8 full. Since I was rushing to the office, I might make it to the office is there is not much traffic. When I parked at the office, the gas empty light is already lit. I was planning to buy gas along Shaw Blvd. since it is cheaper here.

Normally, I gas up at 1/4 full. When do you gas up?

i usually gas up at night, in Alabang (about 3 kms from the house), on my way home from work, when the gauge indicates less than 1/4.

i have not really experienced an empty tank light lighting up on me since i started driving.

normally, i fill up every week, full tank. no limits on the amount. i usually gas up at the stations in pasay-macapagal-airport area, where fuel prices are cheaper by around 1.50 pesos per liter. so when i know that the following day that i will not pass up that route, i fill it up, even though nasa 1/4 pa yung indicator.
