March 25th, 2006 12:37 AM #1how much rent do you pay?
what kind of place, townhouse, condo, apartment? what area, qc, makati, las pinas, taguig?
how big? how many sq meters and how many bedrooms?
just wanted to do a comparative study lang. for those who are renting lang, not rent to pay to separate from the other thread. mods pamerge na lang if the topic is too similar.

ako nag-rent din, house n lot sa proj 8 quezon city. total lot area is about 180 sqm, house is approximately 120 sqm. fairly new house with 3 bedrooms pero 2 pa lang occupied namin (andun pa gamit ng owner sa master's bedroom), maids rm, 2 car covered garage, porch, garden, laundry area, big sala, kitchen and dining. w/ 3 aircon pero pinaalis ko yung aircon ng may-ari at meron naman kasi ako sariling a/c. mura lang, 10k/month. no kidding pards, similar house would easily rent for 20k but the owner just wanted someone who will take care of her house as they have a new one built. the 2 rooms are 3.5x3.5 meters and 4x3.5 meters, and yung master's bdrm (occupied pa ng gamit ng owner ng house) is 5x6 meters w/ separate toilet and bath w/ bathtub. sabi sa amin pag kinuha na nila yung gamit nila at occupied na namin master's bdrm same pa din ang rent. mura di ba

March 26th, 2006 12:24 AM #7keep em coming... so far puro under 10k ang rent. so houses would be cheaper than condos? yung mga nakikita kong condos sa buy and sell pag 10k studio type pa lang or 1 bedroom. wala pang parking yon.
sir yebo, baka may iba pang bahay na gustong paalaga yung owner nyan. hehe. maayos naman ako sa gamit and ako mismo marunong akong maglinis ng bahay, bunot at wax pa ng floors. hehe

IIRC they're with AVID. The reported numbers in the TG article are from CAMPI.
