Anyway, as the topic says, how much do you tip the ff. people?

    1. Waiters from restaurants
    2. Gas station attendants (for air, windshield cleaning, etc.)
    3. Parking boys
    4. Mechanics
    5. Barbers / hair stylists
    6. Car wash boys

Please do add more if I missed out on some others.

    Thanks!

    4. dyan ako malakas mag-tip, as high as 200 pag satisfied na satisfied ako

    5. spare change. 35 ang gupit lang sa amin, binabayad ko 40, so kanya na ang 5

    6. sa car wash, 90 petot ang presyo ng sa akin, bayad ako ng 100, keep the change na

    1. Depende what kind of restaurant. Kung ordinary resto, tama na ang 20-100. Kung formal like sa Manila Pen, where a dinner can easily shoot up to 10K for two, mga 500+ depende how well you were served. Waiters here are very nice though. They treat you like royalty kaya mahihiya ka mag-tip ng 200.

    2. Mga 20-50

    3. 10 pesos usually pero sa Divisoria, 50 binibigay ko sa mga Guard ng establishments that let me park. hehehe

    4. usually 100-200 pag masaya ka sa trabaho.

    5. Depende what kind, pero usually 50-200 ito. For me, hair cutting and styling is a craft. You gotta respect these people.

    6. Constant 20.

    7. Bagger/Porter men sa Landmark, 20 din. Although parang bawal ata ito kasi karamihan ayaw tumanggap kahit 50. I really love shopping here kasi maayos at may systema. Mas mura pa. Ayaw ko sa SM kasi parang palengke tapos pag bayad ka na sa POS, wala na silang pakialam sayo. Unlike sa Landmark, pag marami kang dala, tutulungan ka hanggang taxi bay or parking. Now, that's customer service!

Looks like hindi naman pala nagkakalayo ang tips natin. Here's mine:

    1. Waiters - Depending on the service, 20-50, if may SC but still good service minsan I still give the loose change.
    2. Gas station attendants - Usually 5-10 for windshield and air.
    3. Parking is usually 20-40
    4. Mechanics - Usually 50 for minor work, 100-200 for major.
    5. Hair stylists - Usually around 100 if I like the cut, but sometimes I no longer give pag mahal masyado ung charge.
    6. Car wash - I'm usually charged 90, and I'd usually pay 100
    7. Supermarket Baggers - 10-20 depending on how much bags there are.

I am sometimes a cheapo though, I must admit. May times kasi na medyo short talaga sa cash or wala kang pwedeng bigay na barya, so minsan di rin ako nakakabigay.
