How much to declare in Deed of Sale?

Good day po!

Katanungan lang po sa mga nakabenta na ng kotse dito... magkano ang dinideclare ninyo sa Deed of Sale? Ilang Deed of Sale ang original na pipirmahan? Magkano ba ang babayaran na fees sa attorney sa pag-notaryo? Meron pa bang Capital Gains Tax at Documentary Tax na babayaran?

Notarial fees lang but of course, sa transfer of ownership ang additional expenses at hassle.

Walang taxes na babayaran sa pagbenta ng kotse. Kaya nagbabayad ng capital gains tax is because of the assumption na kumita ka sa sale na yan. But sa pagbenta ng kotse, lugi ka pa sa sale na yan dahal depreciating asset yan, kaya walang tax.

No capital gains tax.

Deed Of Sale (parang P150 lang yata) - One copy goes to the seller; another copy goes to the buyer. Just pay for the notarial fee. If the buyer just took the Deed of Sale... Kanya-kanyang notaryo na lang....

Usually pag sa buy and sell ka magbebenta ng kotse, open deed of sale lang ang papapirma, blank yung vendee and amount. Para one time nalang magpa transfer once na mabenta na ng buy and sell unit mo.

Since wala naman taxes involved, ok lang naman kahit magkano ang ilagay na price sa deed of sale.

actually first time buyer ako ng car dito sa pinas, kaya todo ang research ko ngayon sa mga proseso para iwas sa hassles..

thanks sa information mga sirs... buti naman pala walang mga tax-tax na babayaran. the less cost, the better. nagse-search ako sa net at wala akong makitang site na nagsasabi ng percentage according sa sale ng kotse.

dun sa nakausap naming attorney kasi pag ang sale ay between 50k pesos to 500k pesos. 2.5% daw ang bayad sa deed of sale. is this the legal amount? or is it only according to the attorney?
