    Sad. Our company president died at 1500H today due to cardiac arrest. Parang nung Wednesday lang ang lakas-lakas pa niya at kasama pa namin siya mag-lunch sa Bellevue.

    Rare yan 41 female from cardiac arrest. I just came from my cardiologist today because I am also scared to drop dead during exercise. I've known too many people that look fit and would drop dead during or after cardio. I am going to repeat my test last year just to be sure. I have bad family history kasi.

    He's only 56. I can say that medyo lang yung pagka-chubby since common naman yun sa ganoong age at saka wala rin siyang vice. He's very religious and mahal na mahal pa naman siya ng mga tao, from directors down to the rank files and even yung mga maintenance sa office.

    Kabiruan ko pa naman siya last Wednesday regarding my diet.

    One moment the person is next to you, the next day... I've encountered that too often already and yes, it's always the good persons i know who go oh-so sudden. The bad grass, langya nakaka ilang heart attack, stroke and whatever, alive and kicking hard pa rin.

    Yeah. Even in politics, the likes of a Robredo, Roco and the recently deceased Secretary Flavier were all called back sooner than later. While guys like Binay, Enrile, Imeldific, etc... forever na ata nasa mundo.

    BTT: Kinda sad remembering the people close to me who were gone too soon.

    I feel accomplished. Our family paid our respect to our dead on this special day...

    Tired. It's no joke driving from lpc to bulacan to lpc to cavite and back to lpc.... heavy traffic on approach to the cemeteries. and the parking was a real challenge..

    Full. Had our bonding time with the kids at mcdo on our way home a few minutes ago....

    Happy. just saw the constellation Orion (and my favorite trio of stars, the Orion's belt in the eastern skies just above the horizon.... Christmas is knocking on our doors.....
