    Muscle spasms? Remember that cold splash of water you should take after hot showers that I told you about? Your muscles may be stiff from "lamig".

    Try it. Just a quick splash of cold water that is enough to cover your whole body after a hot shower. The only times I get "lamig" nowadays is if I get in front of an a/c vent. Or enter an air conditioned room when I am sweaty. Before I used to have that all the time.

    Dizzy. Rode a jeep first time in a long time. 5 minutes ride lang dahil I was too lazy to walk, threw up after I got down. Nahilo ako. Grabe.

    That's how I am when riding a bus. There's a particular smell that makes me nauseous. So ever since I would just convoy the bus or ride with a friend when we have a field trip.
