It's more complicated because you are different ranks and belong in the same department. It's a risk you will have to take if things don't work out. And if it does work out, you can't "take a break" from the person, umaga gabi siya na kasama mo. Walang lusot hahaha! Sometimes when I don't wanna see someone I take the most convenient excuse - busy ako sa work
Also, I'm not familiar with the culture in your company but in our case when management finds out about romantic relationships in the department, they transfer one out to a totally different department or relocate to another branch
The only positive thing I could see with office romance is you will be able to judge the character of the person well. How is the person as a subordinate or as a peer or how the person reacts under pressure etc. It reflects a lot on a person's values.

November 27th, 2016 11:14 AM #3184Ah ok i get it. What you have is the classic old school corporate type environment. We are family oriented, as we are a non-profit.
The mgmt perception is the least of my concerns, as i have shown before na kaya ko i handle (past 3 exes were all officemates. Yup veteran ako jan lol)
Its the small space + young love thats frightening me hahaha.

Meeting room ***, overtime ***, parking lot *** is hot hahaha. But then again it's too much of a risk. There was a couple caught having *** in our office parking lot. I don't know how she had the face to come to work the next day bu they both resigned din.

The last guy I dated was 15 yrs older than I am. The only issue was we weren't on the same energy level. Hindi na pwede sa puyatan. And he thinks I'm immature.
My ex BF of 5 yrs naman 6 yrs age gap namim. The age difference didn't matter.
I think most of the cons sa lalaki because the older guy is expected to give way, be patient and understanding all the time

Ang pro naman sabi ng ex ko e younger girls are more fun. It's like their youth makes you feel younger also. 20s mahilig pa mag clubbing at travel yan. Adventurous and optimistic pa sa mundo so positive energy.
Sabi ng friend ko pag dating ng mga 30s jaded na haha

November 27th, 2016 03:21 PM #3190There is a formula i read somewhere. Its says the minimum age you can date is to divide your age by 2 and add 7. Try it.
