Just eat a big meal before 8pm, go to sleep around 11pm, wake 7am then have a cup of black coffee, your 1st meal is 12noon, good luck....its easy, you just skipped breakfast.

I'm not sure why I would want to fast. The closest I came to fasting is when I had nothing but fruit juice for 3 days during a coast to coast road trip by myself.

You research it kuya, its called autophagy, your body has nothing to eat, what it does it eat the dead cells and replaces it with new ones, plus it lets your body rest, it gives the liver, kidneys, digestive system, etc a break....plus it reinforces discipline..drinking fruit juices is still not fasting kuya, youre still digesting stuff

seriously... astigmatism does not get worse or better because of how you use your eyes. it ... just does. sometimes. over time.
