BTW what is with men at the gym and snickers? There's this guy at the gym who had 6 pack abs, he eats it all the time. He likes to take off his shirt and his abs are like a magnet to women's eyes! He is quite popular at the gym. One time he talked to me, I think he saw that I work out for 2 hrs 5 days a week and little progress I saw his old picture and he used to be fat! Not obese, just fat. But WOW! I could not believe the transformation. He would not share with me what supplement he took, e bakit kaya binanggit pa niya! hahaha.

I feel guilty that my SA was not able to go home early because of me. I noticed that the trunk had overspray kasi so they had to fix it.

The guys at the casa thought I had a detailing shop If I did then I would have just fixed it myself. I'm just finicky with the paint.

The only time I fast is when I have one. Plus, it's only 12 hours, not 24.

Well, i do what they call I.F. or intermittent fasting, doing it for a year now, i fast for 16hrs everyday, then eat all my calories(around 2500cal) for a window of 8hrs..that window would be 11am-7pm...all i do is eat around that time...then i fast 24hrs, 2-4x a month....my advice is start 12hrs then gradually go up to 16, when you get used to it, do a 24hrs once in a while, best day to do it is on weekends so you could sleep on it....you can only drink water and black coffee...no sugar syempre..good luck
