I'm surprised!

I just saw my friend's husband on a flyer and print ad for a bank. He used to be chubby (parang katawan ni OB) until his early 30s ata. Then he did Cohen in 2012 siguro, lost weight and just kept on improving. What a turn around!

i know one of the guy on its ads, he's our pastor's brother, lost weight big time, baka 150lbs +, saw him lately, weight seems to be creeping back up....not sustainable if no exercise...

That's what's good about the husband of my friend. He was able to maintain it. He lost the weight slowly and now he's such a health freak (diet and exercise) Ganda ng pagka payat niya, it made him look young and fresh.

Early day for me as I drove one of our kids to the bus stop half an hour earlier than usual....

They're having an immersion field trip and so he cannot afford to be late... Last Monday was almost a disaster...

I was offering to drive him to Manila,- but he said that he'll manage and just take the bus....

Im glad I went to the 3-day megamall sale. i got everything in half the price, polo t-shirts, polo, muscle shirts, shoes, underwear, and fitting jeans.

I have a whole new wardrobe again to fit my new milestone 132lbs body.

Imagine dati umabot ako halos ng 195lbs sa depression and only my modified cars as my prized possession.

Now, i feel so alive with just spending a fraction of what I spend some 10 years ago, and maximum impact na naman ako this Christmas with my new wardrobe and new-found health workout,

These FB suggested friends are scary. I've had guys I dated back in college popping up there. I think it searches either by name or number? I also see some Tsikot personalities that I don't have saved in my directory WTF.

I wonder if FB does the same to me I did not register my mobile naman hehehe
