Ayoko na talaga lumabas kahit sa park. Ang dami kasi ceremony when I go out like pag balik ko sa garage ako magtanggal ng damit. Si fat lab nga kawawa din never ng nakalabas ng bahay din, kaya patingin tingin na lang sa gate sa mga dogs na wina walk pag hapon.

Ask your doctor about having the vaccine done. Ever since I’ve had it, I noticed I don’t get colds or coughs as often as I used to. It’ll not protect you from Covid but, if your body is tough against the colds, coughs & flu, it’ll reserve it’s strength in fighting off covid in case you get an exposure.
You can go out & walk in the park as long as you wear protection. Chances of you acquiring it in the air with no one around is nil. Just spray the soles of your shoes with 1% bleach after. You don’t even have to change clothes.

One thing consistent daw with those who had symptomatic Covid is the loss of smell.

I still have sense of smell and taste. Thank you so so much, I appreciate the prayers. I'm scared kasi anytime mag worsen. Parang the vlogger Lloyd Cadena died within 3 days of fever

It started Friday night. Pero doc I noticed between 6 am to 10 am nasa 36.5 or 36.6 temperature ko, it goes up pag 12 pm and peaks in the evening.

what temp instrument (?)/apparatus are you using? these normally have %error. are you feeling hot, or solely basing it from the temp?

ahh mataas nga temp, kasi normally mag-add pa ng 0.5ish to the temp to get the most accurate ( oral temp lower than rectal temp)
