    way back,
    early spring, and i noticed a tent leading to the underground, in the middle of the street.
    for weeks, i noticed, nothing much happening.
    finally, i walked over and asked the worker, why they were not working.
    "we're waiting for the 'permafrost' to soften, so's we can dig into the soil, sir."

    it was a wide road, and traffic was really very minimal in the area, so's they could afford to tent 'er in.

    parang may ganyan na sa 'pinas.. yung mga toilets that show very little water pool.
    they also seem to use less flushing volume, as evidenced by their smaller tanks.

    Most of our accommodation vessels uses the "evac system" (same system used by airplanes). Kaya lang masyado sensitive, di pwede ng ibang bagay apart from human waste and minimum amount of toilet tissue. Konti lang talaga ang water na magagamit dito.
