About having new friends, malabo talaga. It's the age, position and "trip". All our new hires are fresh grads or 20 somethings. Very rare do we hire 30s and officer level. That's why when our group was nalalagas, walang dumadagdag. Even my office buddy said, we can't make barkada to our staff, bukod sa age, it's controversial.
