around that time, people hit their stride..medyo established na (sana) tayo..and plenty of experience under our belt.

as long as you take care of you health, btw feeling young comes mostly from hormones...in men, if your testosterone is high, youll have a lot of vigor and you wont lose that competitive spirit, plus your tool is always stiff in the morning, if its low, youll feel old, weak, and depressed..

Bro yan din sakit ko lagi, me inum ako antibiotics Zithromax 3days Lang ok na. Saka advice sakin doc. To prevent tonsillitis pag kakain ng mga sweets inum ng madaming water and gargle para ma washout Yung residue ng sweet. Dapat kung magka tonsillitis 2-3x a year kc nag cause heart problems.
