i do mine 2x a year, sometimes 3x, ...if you dont know your numbers, you cant manage them.

I'm thinking what could this be back pain, headache and stomach pain. But really it's not just back pain, it's the rest of my body, parang masakit lahat ng muscles ko but mostly at my back

Kidney stones pano nalalaman? Normal naman creatinine ko (all my blood works are normal last December)

Parang ang bata ko pa para magkaron ng stones pero may kilala ako na 20s pa lang may gall stones na.

Try it. Just a quick splash of cold water that is enough to cover your whole body after a hot shower. The only times I get "lamig" nowadays is if I get in front of an a/c vent. Or enter an air conditioned room when I am sweaty. Before I used to have that all the time.

That's how I am when riding a bus. There's a particular smell that makes me nauseous. So ever since I would just convoy the bus or ride with a friend when we have a field trip.
