    bad trip! MMDA strikes again sa lugar namin. buti na lang ginising ako ng kapatid ko, kung hindi, nahila pa ang kotse ko.

    guilty that I don't have a garage to park the car. but I wonder why ganun sila without warning us residents?? nahila din tuloy yung ilang sasakyan.

    Maybe it's parked in a No Parking zone? They don't have to warn people for that. People just need to follow the rules/signs. Hirap nga niyan, lagi ka nalang nagwoworry na ma-tow hehe.

    not really (no sign of "No Parking" sa bahay namin). pero it is parked sa harap ng bahay namin. well even other vehicles nahatak din ng mga tow trucks.

    Oh i see. Well ganyan din sa mga tito/tita ko. Pang 2 lanes lang ang daanan kaya kapag may nakapark, sagabal talaga sa ibang motorists. Sabayan mo pa ng mga nagpapasugal habang may nakaburol yung may shade na provided ng barangay.

    Btt: Impatient. Thought I'd get alot of phone calls from interested lessees, maganda kasi pwesto. Must be the weather.

    Well, what i learned thoughout the years is, the novelty of having new things last around 7 days, after that you lust for something different again, just another endless cycle of consumerism. If person, give or take 1-2 years...mas mahaba ng konti ang shelflife..
