    open Outlook then right click on your folders like your inbox then click properties, then copy the directory and paste it to the "run" program on the "start button" or paste on the address bar of your "my computer". You should be able to view folders of Outlook.

    by the way don't include the *.dbx (ex. inbox.dbx)

    is it microsoft outlook or outlook express?
    normally sa ms outlook *.pst ang extension, sa express *.dbx

    .pst yun, mapapansin mo agad kasi malaki yung file size. ;)

    close outlook first and look for your .pst file copy it, yun na

    back up your address book too. For your address book, backup *.wab , i remember sa outlook express ung wab file na adress book, i think its the same for outlook ata, correct me na lng if i'm wrong

    sa Outlook lang..
    .PAB ang address book nya..
    .PST ang personal folders

    kung gamit ka ng rules, better export them para meron ka copy ..

how do you backup Outlook files?
