well, depends your situation. Often the first kiss is pretty innocent or pure (at least to one person).

At that time, i was wondering why this girl (older sister of my playmate) pushed me against the wall and started eating my lips.

I remember, we'd also play "bahay-bahayan" where I'd play the part of the dad and she, the mom.

I was seven at that time. hehe

Unfortunately, after a year, we sold our house because we moved to a better place. hehehe.

It was only years after that I realized what she did to me.

Kuto? you mean head lice? No idea but I usually maintain a pretty short haircut back then due to the regulations at the Montessori. Then again, it was just a bunch of kisses. Why would anyone get headlice for that? Sounds kind of weird to me. hehehe

The "cooties" I was referring to is the supposedly infection you get from kissing someone from the opposite *** as believed by small kids, usually below age 8.
