how to delete this file

I'm using Windows XP and I want to delete this file: "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\filename". Unfortunately the WINDOWS directory is write protected, what do I do enable me to alter files from this directory.

Please show the step by step methods. Thanks. :confused:

rigth click mo yong system32 na folder click mo yong read only na option. Pag di pa gumana sa file mo naman gawin. Ibalik mo lang uli ang read only na option ng system32 para protected pa rin system files mo.

Note : dapat administrator ang user mo para magawa mo to.
