which house insurance company is the best?

helo po from the city of pines, need help to which insurance company
should i get for my house. a 3 storey with the first 2 floors (which are units) are for rent. Im choosing between prudential guarantee, standard or malayan.
suggestions are greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

but i personally recommend BPI-MS.

thanks po! kaya lng, Malayans quotation is much higher po ksi as compared to the other two. I was to choose prudential guarantee po sana, i'l just have this coming week to decide before closing any deal.
