Usually, try mo i-rough estimate ang cost by adding the floor areas ng bahay na gusto mo then multiply it by construction cost per square meter na prefer mo (depende ito sa finishes).

Sa computation ng floor area, roughly 70% of lot area (equivalent to Ground floor area) plus 80%+- of lot area (equivalent to second floor area) plus 80%+- succeeding floors kung meron man. Pagnakuha mo na ang total floor area multiply mo sa construction cost per square meter. Try mo between 10k,15k to 20k per sqm. Take note na kapag concrete slab ang pinaka roof ng bahay mo (roof deck), considered na ito as additional floor level.

Next question is pano mo malalaman between 10k, 15k to 20k? Well, gaya ng sabi ko, rough estimate cost palang ito, price ng materials from time to time ay paiba iba lalo na ang bakal at semento.
