Ano kaya mas effective ne edge, plain or serrated for cutting down niyog?

afaik serrated ones doesn't need i-hasa. most likely ok na iyan kung light use lang at hindi naman madalas gamitin.
yung mga plain need talaga ihasa pag dull na yung edge gaya ng mga bolo.

As far as I know serated edge are used on for fibrous materials.
