i would choose paint
sa paint kasi madali lang i DIY lalo na kung smooth out na ang pipintahan...
roller mo lang ayus!
saka mag roller ngayon yung double headed, parang antique/marble finish (depende sa kulay) 2K yata ito or may ginagawa ang mga pintor using a sponge parang multi fleck finish...
if your place is in a moist area, i suggest you use paint.
In my opinion, i'd rather have it painted instead of wall paper, now a days, you can paint walls that somehow looks like wall paper and it's more durable.
If you have wallpaper, make sure you take it off first before painting. the trick to wall paper removal is to wet the wall paper before pulling it off
imho paint is better. you can achieve wall paper designs sa paint. Also, easier to maintain ang wallpaper. if you're location is dusty, it would be a problem, mahirap linisin yan. and if may moist pa, most probably magkaroon ng discoloration yan and expect it to peel earlier than expected.
also, another tip. if your walls are not that flat, i mean medyo di maganda palitada, never use glossy paint, mag flat ka lang. kita kasi ang imperfections nun. :D
tama paint na lang, kung mag wall paper ka naman siguraduhin mong magaling ung maglalagay. kasi ung sa tita ko ang panget nung wallpapaer, nag peel ung mga edges tapos may mga bubbles pa. ang panget talaga.
Yup, wall paper peels off in a few years. Paint is better... different shades for each wall ang uso ata... like the new houses in the states. I'm actually having my new condo painted this week.
