Kung gusto mo yung ididikit yung pole sa bakod pwede naman. Pwedeng ikabit muna sa pole yung solar light saka itayo then secure the pole.

Consult ko rin problem ko dito. Pano ko kaya ma hang ang light ko, malayo kasi sya sa plywood support plate and the board is 1/4" na hardiflex, binutasan ko to place a screw kaso baka bumigay ang screw sa bigat dahil baka hindi kumapit ng mabuti ang thread at manipis ang ply at mag crumble ang fiber cement around it. May hack kaya dito? Ito lang naman ikakabit ko.

You'll need Hardiflex or cement board screws. Do not use ordinary wood or metal screws.
Talk to your local hardware store to find the correct screw with the appropriate weight rating for your particular application.
As an example, for smaller/lighter items like light fixtures, these will likely do. They have a drill-bit tip and a course screw pitch:
For heavier loads like paintings or such, you'll need one that can expand to form an anchor behind the hallow walls. Again, talk to an expert or just have it done professionally.
Thanks bro, I have these screws but as Travs says, the thickness I used is just glorified cardboard, thus while the screws are proper for the material, the weight of the light is not, thanks again [emoji4]

If you can't hit joists, your 4.5-6mm cemboard ceiling can't really carry much weight. Think glorified cardboard...just harder, w/ a bit of fire, moisture & mite resistance. Screws can hardly stay on to them w/ concentrated load.
Your best bet would be toggle bolts...but again, exercise load judgement. You can do a trial run on a spare piece of the same type of board, find a way to suspend that piece w/ your light fixture attached.
But in your shoes?... I'd either move the light to get good joist anchorage or surgically implant some support. Nothing beats doing stuff right.

Thanks Boss Travs, I was actually thinking of something similar, a T joist which I can insert in the hole and opens like an umbrella. Something I think I saw in the movies [emoji1787]. But then you gave me an idea, maybe I can make a bigger hole and insert a popsicle stick size steel strip with thread for a bolt, it's a slimmer version of what you posted. But I'll look for that thingamajig muna [emoji4]
