hoax sms, where to report

my mom got a text message like this :

Congrats!!! You win 500 load from SMART.
Type 09217660150 and triple SEND to 808
you claim 500 load now. Thank u! Smart ZED 1515# DTI #9804

buti na lang my mom just ignores text messages from unknown numbers kundi yari...

saan ba pwede i-report mga ganito? and ano ba penalty nila kung i report

ako personally ilan times na ako nakarecieve.. tinatarantado ko na lang.. heheheh

if its from a smart user... just call their hotline. Tell them the source number and they would take care of the rest. The same with globe.

have been receiving those messages too. i just ignore them.... one time, hindi ako nakapigil, i won 1M pesos daw... ginawa ko, nagreply ako... minura ko yung sender...
