Dapat mas harsh ang penalty sa mga hit and run.

Kasi pag nagka-areglohan like ipapahospital or ipapalibing plus cash eh tapos na responsibility. Example meron kotse nagkabangaan pero walang namatay, dapat yung may kasalanan eh ban for driving for 3 years. Tapos yung mga kumakarera or overspeeding ban for life no more issuance driving license.


Dapat matigas ang leader sa transportation. Lost of life dahil lang sa pagmamaneho.
