Does engineer or architect offer this as part of their design? Or you have to ask for it?

Retriculation system is basically plumbing work. The network of perforated pipes must run under, along walls & between to ensure proper termicide dispersion during periodic application. The more inlets & the shorter the pipes between inlets, the better. Ask your architect or builder to lay the system in before you pour your basement or ground floor. Cost will be dependent on structure footprint & total pipe length required....It's not a significant amount relative to total construction cost, ray bai.

Simple lang yan. 1/2" na blue pipe ilatag grid type sa ilalim ng semento sahig while construction then yun dulo nakalabas kung saan man para doon na lang inject yun treatment. Perforated nga pala para kumalat yun gamot.

Ganyan ginawa nun nagpagawa ako ng bahay.

What I am doing now is buy Bayer Agenda and apply it myself before pouring slab on fill, I will buy the bait separately when the house is finished. In our current house, termite treatment was done after it was constructed so NoKaOi did the bait system.

Look for Exterra or Sentricon Bait System Contractors.
Sorry, Exterra and Sentricon, DIY ba sya or I need to find someone to do it?

Did a search and Exterra is diverting me to an Australian site.

Biotech is an authorized Sentricon operator. They are not cheap, pero sulit. We've had a very good experience with them.

Exterra termite baiting system Philippines review | Pest-Ex – Pest Ex Philippines
Please note that a baiting system's efficacy will rely on monitoring frequency. Check reviews of the authorized providers. Both Sentricon & Exterra are proven systems.
