Treatment lang talaga Avenue. Para sakin, for the meantime, Hayaan muna. Pagbinugahan kasi ng kerosene or diesel lilipat lang, baka magkaroon more damage than good.

    sorry bro, ano yung Avenue?

Avenue = way. Treatment lang way or Avenue.

Yup. Thats a common cause, especially if you live in an old subdivision w large trees and old houses which make use of wood liberally.

    Are you psychic?

OT: Is it true that Mango trees are notorious for destroying the foundation? We have a mango tree near our gate which can't be opened anymore because it got misaligned. We had all our Mango trees cut except for the one farthest from the house and I am thinking it is the cause for the misaligned gate. I hope the roots don't crawl all the way to the foundation. It could the cause for anay din pala

Even an area in Manila Memorial Park Sucat where our family mausoleum is located, there are several big mounds of termite colony (2-3 ft high). I don't see any old wooden houses around. There are only a handful of 7 ft trees around and they are all healthy and alive. These termites must chewing on something. Yes your guess is as good as mine (the dead ! ).
