Help! Repair Of Oxygen Concentrator - DeVilbiss 515ADS

Fellow Tsikoteers,- magpapatulong naman ako sa inyo kung may alam kayong nagre-repair/maintain ng oxygen concentrator preferably dito sa South MM kung pwede, na ang brand/model ay DeVilbiss 515ADS.

Nabili ko ito 7 months ago sa US para sa oxygen supplement ng Erpats ko tuwing gabi, as required by his doctor, instead of us maintaining oxygen tanks. Kaso, bigla na lang umilaw ang "service required" at hindi na siya gumagana.

Na-notice ko lang na may counter sa may input side at over 1500 hours na palang nagamit ito.... Hindi kaya mayroon lang nire-reset ito sa loob? (Sana!)...

Based on the online manual...

Possible Cause:
1. flow meter not properly set
2. air filter is blocked
3. exhaust is blocked

It is most likely the air filter is dirty & blocked by now. Have it washed as found in the page 7 of the online manual.

If it still doesn't solve the problem, you might have to call them up.

We regularly clean the air filter, which is located at the back of the unit. We checked out the other 2, pero umiilaw pa rin ang "service required". Sana mayroong nakapag-DIY ng maintenance ng ganitong klase ng unit.... Appreciate anyone's help though kung may alam kayong nagse-service ng DeVilbiss na Oxygen Concentrator. Salamat po!
