Traffic Control Supervisor Dong Sapiera identified one of the casualties as Arnold Estaquio, driver of a six wheel truck that was parked in the third lane of the highway along Km.23 because its tires had gone flat.

Sapiera said the truck driver and Elenita Pudia, 17, who was on board a passenger jeepney, smashed into the stalled truck and were killed instantly.

Another passenger, Elizabeth de Leon, 34, was declared dead on arrival at the St. Paul's Hospital in Bocaue, Bulacan. An unidentified female passenger, who was in critical condition, was brought to the St. Lukes hospital in Quezon City.

and guard visibility. Police said owners should also avoid parking their cars outside their houses or on the streets. “Most of the cases I have handled were cars stolen while parked,” Sanchez said.

Di gumamit ng comma kaya naging nakakalito tuloy yung balita.

I just don't understand why some drivers would risk their lives by changing tires in the wrong places, kaya nga may shoulder eh. Another case against lack of driver education.

Regarding dun naman sa car alarms being close to useless, totoo yan. I would recommend hiding your car's OR and CR copies in oother places in the car other than the glove compartment or sunvisor.
