Max of one week lang ang jeans ko without washing. And that is if nasa office lang ako and a few times na lakad sa malls and streets na hindi naman maalikabok or madumi.

If may napuntahan akong maruming lugar, pinapalaba ko na.

have not tried 6 months. although when i was studying in baguio, i wore my jeans maybe more than a week without washing. malamig kasi at mahirap magpatuyo ng damit now kapag 6 mos at nanlilimahid na, ang tawag na sa amin yan ay "dugyot"

Haha i mislead a lot of you. Once in awhile, I look at my clothes when they are in my closet and see if i have upper and lower garments that i have not used for awhile. Some are faded, some are too loose or too tight, or i just don't like the look or design anymore.

These are the clothes that i put in a bag and wait till the year ends. Then i give them away to my employees.

These are washed and clean clothes but are not used till i give them away as christmas give aways. Thus they are practically unwashed for more than 6 months. Not to mention unworn too

I have multiple jeans and use each of them for 1 week straight, then after that they get stored in laundry bins then gets washed once every month. Jeans seem to fade faster if they get washed too often, based on what I can see.

Nope, 2 weeks lang sa akin. 3x mo palang ngang sinusuot may amoy na eh. Yun pa kayang 6 months? Di kaya pagkamalan kang palaboy o kaya eh walang pera kasi isang pantalon lang suot mo sa loob ng kalahating taon.

I think thats only applicable if you dont use the jeans everyday. In countries like US dika papawisan kahit tumakbo ka and mura pantalon and less pollution un damit mo kahit nasa hamper ng 1 week mabango pa din kc amoy downy di tulad dito maalinsangan. And majority commutes. So the jean is very much susceptible to odors.

Kadugyutan yan para sa akin. Kurtina nga na nakasabit lang kailangang labhan.

Yung amoy parang maasim-asim. May katabi ako sa banko noon na kastilaloy na matanda, nagtakip ng ilong :-) dudumi rin, parang brownish blue. Kung di na talaga kaya, binababad ko sa mixture of water & white vinegar, tapos binabanlawan.

That is what I thought so too about white vinegar at first. First of all, di ito yung sukang paombong. Heinz distilled white vinegar ang recommended. I did a Google search & was amazed on it's many uses in the household. It is used to fix the dye in garments, so for your clothes you don't like to fade, put a little white vinegar. 180 ml in a bucket of water. Just Google it.

Pwede yan sa mga nagsasaka. Nanghihinayang kasi pag nilabhan. In a minute madudumihan ulit. Kaya ang ginagawa, isinasabit lang pag nagpahinga. Then suot ulit hanggang maging shorts na lang.

Aside from natural fade you get, what else? Parang di Ok ang trade off vs smelly jeans. Also heard same thing like "dirty white sneakers" where people buy expensive white sneakers then let it get dirty naturally. Baka bagay yung dalawa, smelly pants and dirty sneakers.

Like what I said, after you get the fade you like, you will wash them already. It is a way of personalizing your jeans, rather than buying generic faded jeans. Like mine, after I got to fade them my way, I washed them & use them occasionally since I do not want to make them smelly again & will have to wash again. Frequent washing will fade it more.

Has any here tried not washing their jeans for 6 months?
