    LA friend ko mid 40s na pero ang kapal pa rin ng buhok. His hair is really nice. He told me he does NOT shampoo everyday. Even my stylist before told me not to shampoo daily pero sa weather sa Pilipinas ang hirap hindi magshampoo.

    May mga nabasa ako sa web at sa youtube na ang mga iniinum nating mga maintenance ay nakaka lagas ng buhok. ako napansin korin sa buhok ko medyo kita na anit ko
