Im sure mahal yan kasi Ok ang location at saka bago ang building..

Starting from 1.3M studio type lang siguro yan mga 25 sqm...

Ok lang sana kahit mahal basta Ok ang terms nila yung hindi masyado masakit bayaran

well, if you have a sticker, libre.... pero ung parking nila super sikip and ang gulo ng daan papasok and palabas.. tpos ung ramp going to the basement really sucks.. so kung lowered car mo, parati ka sasayad going down and up that ramp. i stayed there kasi for about a month so i know how it really sucks... pero.. if you just want a condo just to have a place to sleep and nde ka nman maarte.. ok na un kasi super mura...

and maski super lakas ng speakers mo kapag soundtrip, walang nagrereklamo.. hehehe.. there are also 24 stores and kainan dun... they would even deliver maski one pack of cigs lang sa unit.

Lumipat na si Philip sa Malate, kailangan daw nya yata ng mas malapit sa PGH. Alam ko fully furnished yung condo. May mga cabinets, tables and chairs.

Di bumabaha dun sa kanila, yung Espanya side ng UST ang lubog, sa Dapitan hindi lahat ng area.

Panalo dun! Dami ko nakikitang tsix tuwing pumupunta ako dun.

Sabi nga pala nya sagot nya ang capital gains.
