yes it also happened to me, but not on an internaitonal flight, meron paper na n kalagay sa loob ng bag mo, domestic lang ang gumawa sa akin nun...
tama yun sabi ni lancer sa first security check lang nila gagawin at least sa experience ko ha, dahil aftyer nun hinde mo na pwede hawakan ang baggage mo, meron ng mag assist saiyo until maka check in ka...that is the time na na lock ko ang baggage in front of the airline counters...
