    Fountain pen nga. Something he can used sa work niya and he's your boss. Para professional pa rin yun gift.

    Flashlight, knife or whatever survival tools is off for your boss. Ano naman gagawin niya sa mga yun. Food probably is also out.

    Either fountain pen or probably a tie. Basta yun pwede niya magamit sa work. But I'll go for the fountain pen.
