I think it's around P45/Sqm/month for this year.

meron din gensets na may ATS or automatic transfer switch.. in case mag ka brownout... auto on pag no power and off cya pag may power na ulit.... i dont know lang kung meron ang mga maliliit na genset na below 10kva....

Sir, dapat lang na ATS talaga imagine kung MTS lang, galing sa 40th floor ung maintenance personnel bababa sa podium level para lang i-swtich ung MTS.
