gas+brake?

I don't know what happened, the only explanation I can think of is my foot somehow reached the gas while it's on brake. that seems to be impossible because the brake is higher than the gas and they are far apart and my foot isn't that big. Btw it's a vios 2012 AT

pwede nag kamali ka ng apak sa gas, stressful yan ganyan traffic at minsan nag kaka mali din... kung SUA yan eh stuck accelerator, high RPM ang symptom
