hmm.. eversince this whole telecom war started, it seems ALL promos have turned out to be too good to be true, or too good to last.. case in point, my friend availed of smart's 25/8, only to get a reply that his registration request cannot be accommodated due to network congestion.. WTF?!?

patience lang bro...no system in the world is perfect. lets just be thankful that the cell companies here are doing this for the benefit of the consumers.
competition in the market=better gain for customers.
