Alam ko ganito behavior ng most modern cars. The lock will unlock upon closing the door when the key is in the ignition.

Maybe the car in the video has an aftermarket alarm and not programmed this way?

Or maybe the key was left inside the car, but not plugged into the ignition. Those with push start/stop ignition with keyfob transponders will not lock the car when the key is left inside, even if you use the spare one.

Baka ito. Dami ko kakilala na nagpapapalit ng aftermarket alarm dahil gusto nila yung may tunog pag naglock/unlock sila ng sasakyan nila.

Well, I somehow remembered how I got locked out.
I had an aftermarket alarm system installed after the factory one became inoperable.
This alarm system is one of the popular ones before - Cobra((?) brand if I remember right.
It has a timer instead of the speed sensor as is usual with factory installed alarm.
A few seconds (30 sec, or less?) after slamming the door it will auto lock.
I remember if I don't want it to do that I just keep the door slightly ajar.
I was getting something in the trunk that time and had the driver side door slightly open.
The wind is quite strong and fast so it took only a while before I heard the door close.
Not that it immediately got me into emergency action, but just when I did I heard the lock activate.
