Parang mga trucks lang din, kapag may HPG or LTO checkpoint along the road, magsesenyasan na mga truck drivers and they will just park the trucks until umalis mga nasa checkpoint.

i wonder,
what will happen if the truck driver disregards the senyas and keeps on driving?
i mean, if the truck driver knows his truck is in good working order and is not spewing out smoke...
is it not true that enforcers may flag down and inspect motor vehicles only if they have visible evidence of some 'wrongdoing' ?
is non-random spot-checking for no reason except that one is a diesel-powered truck, allowed?
